1. How to reach us
This is the channel for privacy complaints and data-subject requests — access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent — on CatchMeTonight, including grievances under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act, §8.5 / §10). Users in any location may use this channel for privacy-related complaints.

2. What to include
- The email address you use with CatchMeTonight.
- The nature of the request — access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent, or complaint.
- Any supporting context (booking reference, screenshots, dates).
3. Response timelines
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and issue a substantive response within 30 days, in line with DPDP Act §13. If we need additional information from you, the clock pauses until you reply.
4. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, users in India may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India in the manner prescribed under the DPDP Act and its rules. Users elsewhere may contact the data-protection or consumer-protection authority in their place of residence.
